Mastercraft's stain finishes feature a state-of-the-art finishing process including a 10-step varnish finish with a catalyzed top coat and sealer which provides years of beauty and durability. When specifying lighter stains such as Sandalwood it is important to note that there will be more noticeable color variances naturally found in wood due to the transparency of these lighter stains.
Classic paint adds lustrous color and solid coverage. For the best final result, we begin with a base primer fill coat to prepare the surface for even coverage of the pigmented enamel. Our furniture quality satin finish is achieved with a catalyzed oven-cured top-coat which protects and seals for long-lasting beauty and durability.
Thermofoil doors and drawer fronts are constructed from one piece of 3⁄4" thick medium density fiberboard. The profile detail is routed into the fiberboard which is then covered with a 12 mil. white thermofoil material. This process allows a seamless joint between the front and edge of door/drawer fronts. The backside of door/drawer fronts are also covered with thermofoil material. Cabinet end panels are white printed laminate.
Hand-applied, our accents emphasize the unique profiles of doors and moldings, giving your finish a distinctive character that's irresistible. Availability varies by door style. Visit our door gallery to see availability on specific door styles.
